Jennings School District has a mental health partner agency at every school site. However when school is closed, we recognize there may be needs you have and the following agencies are resources in our area that partners with Jennings. In 2015-16, Jennings will open a school based health clinic at Jennings Senior High serving the community.

 If school is closed for an extended period due to the Ferguson unrest, a help line due to will be open for mental health or food pantry needs It will be checked at 9AM each day by a team of school counselors or student service providers on a rotating basis. While the individual addressing your concern may not be your child’s school counselor or social worker, they will be a district counselor or student service staff member who is prepared to facilitate connecting you with helpful resources. The help line can be reached through the district’s main number at 314-653-8000.

If school is closed due to the unrest, the cafeteria at Fairview and JSH will remain open for any student for a grab and go meal 8AM-9AM and 12PM-1PM on the unexpected days school is closed due to the Ferguson unrest.
