Through this collaboration, we are working alongside other Missouri districts to develop innovative practices that improve personalized learning, enhance student engagement, and ensure all students graduate prepared for success in college, career, and life. The purpose of the data dashboard is to provide a clear and accessible overviewof key student and district performance metrics. It allows families, staff, andstakeholders to monitor progress, identify trends, and make informed decisionsthat support student success. The dashboard promotes transparency and helpsalign efforts to improve outcomes across the district.

The Success-Ready Students Network is a collaboration of 95 Missouri school districts and 25 organizations focused on supporting students in their learning. We represent rural, urban, and suburban school districts of varying student populations and sizes, and together, we are reimagining and redesigning assessment and accountability systems in Missouri. This innovative, reimagined, and redesigned system equips every student in Missouri with the knowledge, skills, and dispositions to be high school, college, career, and workplace ready. Jennings is one of the twenty proactive school districts in theSuccess-Ready Students Network, which is collaborating to implement a personalized, competency-based learning system in our district.
